Demetria McKinney, Widely known for her role as “Janine Payne” on the hit TBS sitcom, “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne.” Demetria is not just a singer but also an actress. Demetria can currently be seen on Lifetime in a recurring role on “Devious Maids” (Lifetime), and as a primary character on “The Rickey Smiley Show” (TV ONE). She is also the newest cast member on this season’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” (Bravo).
Over the past few years Demetria has recorded and performed with artists such as Musiq Soulchild and Anthony David, as well as R&B mainstays Dwele and Tank. Last night Tony Rock hosted his 6th Annual “LIVE TO LAUGH” Toy Drive at BUGATTA SUPPER CLUB in West Hollywood, CA.
The Atmosphere was great and the turn out was massive.
“LIVE TO LAUGH” is a charity event created by Tony Rock’s MyROCK FOUNDATION. The Foundation was created to help raise awareness and prevention of diabetes among african americans.
Last night all guest were asked to bring a new unwrapped toy that will benefit children and families less fortunate than others.
This Year toys were donated to Community Centers, Inc aka CCI in South Central, Los Angeles
So many actor and comedian friends of Tony Rock attended last night’s event as well as other supporters.
